WALT WHITMAN BRIDGE TOLL PLAZA PAVING TO CLOSE TOLL BOOTH LANES ON 10/8

 

The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) will perform paving work on the Walt Whitman Bridge and as a result, toll lanes 1-7 will be closed from 5:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 8.

Oversize loads will still be accepted via Lane 1.

Toll lanes 1-7 are located on the right-hand side as you enter the toll plaza from the westbound lanes as motorists enter South Philadelphia.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these areas and always obey work zone speed limits. All work is weather permitting.
