Walt Whitman Bridge Travel Alert - 3 Lanes Open to PA During Monday, 3/22 Morning Rush Hours

Walt Whitman Bridge motorists are being asked to allow additional travel time during the morning rush hours on Monday, March 22. The bridge will have only three westbound lanes open to Pennsylvania instead of the normal four lanes during weekday morning rush hours.

The lane configuration is a result of repairs required with the bridge’s lane indicator lights. Until the repairs are completed, DRPA will not be able adjust the lane configuration to accommodate traffic demand.
