DRPA Honored To Receive Prestigious Women’s Business Enterprise Council Award

The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) was honored to virtually receive the prestigious "Done Deals Award" from the Women's Business Enterprise Center (WBEC-East).

As a result of COVID-19, the awards ceremony was held virtually on September 30, 2020.

The DRPA was presented with the 2019 Regional Corporation "Done Deals Award." The award honors those who make a difference by opening the doors of opportunity to women business owners.

The award is presented to the corporate council member who reports the highest number of 'done deals' with the highest spend to WBEC-East certified woman owned businesses in the prior year. In 2019, the DRPA’s report total was $1,449,639.22.

In prior years, the DRPA has been a finalist of this award and last year was presented with the "Partner of the Year" award from WBEC-East.

The DRPA is proud to be honored with this important recognition.
