5TH STREET RAMP IN PA TO BEN FRANKLIN BRIDGE TO BE CLOSED ON THURSDAY, 8/20

In Philadelphia, the 5th Street on ramp to the Ben Franklin Bridge will be closed Thursday, August 20, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for priority pothole repairs.

A detour will be in place and will direct traffic to make a right on Race St., right on 4th St., and a right on Arch St. to use the bridge on ramp at 6th & Race Sts.
