NOTICE OF DRPA AND PATCO STANDING COMMITTEE MEETINGS

To adhere to CDC recommendations of avoiding large gatherings and observing social distancing, the Delaware River Port Authority (“DRPA”) and Port Authority Transit Corporation (“PATCO) Offices are closed to the public and are operating with remote working staff and reduced and staggered staff on-site to ensure the continuity of operations.

Until further notice, the public is not permitted physical attendance to DRPA and PATCO Standing Committee Meetings.

Accordingly, until further notice, Meetings will be live streamed on DRPA’s website (www.drpa.org/meetings). Portions of these meetings may be held in Executive Session.

DRPA and PATCO will hold Standing Committee Meetings on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 as follows:

• Operations and Maintenance Committee commencing 9:00 AM
• Finance Committee commencing 10:00 AM
• Audit Committee Meeting 11:00 AM
