E-ZPass Lanes on Commodore Barry Bridge to Temporarily Shift Because of Painting Work
UPDATE 9/23/19: E-ZPass lanes are now available on the right and left of the toll plaza. There is one E-ZPass lane on the left and two E-ZPass lanes on the right.
All E-ZPass traffic stay to the right effective Monday, September 16
Starting Monday, September 16, E-ZPass lanes at the Commodore Barry Bridge will be shifted to the right to allow painting work to occur on the E-ZPass lanes on the left side. The middle lanes will remain cash only lanes.
Digital display signs are in place to direct E-ZPass motorists to keep to the right as they approach the toll lanes. Motorists are reminded to slow down and exercise extra caution when driving through work zones.
The work is expected to last approximately 10 days.
