Off-Ramp Closed on Commodore Barry Bridge for Repair Work

Ramp closure to impact residents and commuters traveling into Chester for soccer games, casino

Beginning March 5, 2019, and last approximately 60 days, the off-ramp to Routes 291/13 (Chester) on the westbound Commodore Barry Bridge will be closed for construction work.

The construction work involves making repairs to the ramp’s expansion joints.

The ramp closure will have an impact on residents and commuters traveling from New Jersey to attend Philadelphia Union games at Talen Energy Stadium in Chester, as well as Harrah's Philadelphia Casino & Racetrack in Chester.

A detour is in place.
