Authority Employees Bring Joy to Local Families

Annual 'Adopt-A-Family' Initiative brightens the holiday season for those in need

Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) and PATCO employees teamed up once again to brighten the holiday season for several local families through the Authority's annual "Adopt-A-Family" initiative.

This year, 16 families in need from Pennsylvania and New Jersey were recipients of toys, clothing, gift cards for food and other items. “Adopted” families were selected based on information from local charities and agencies and were matched up with generous employees who made the donations possible.

The initiative exemplifies the Authority’s shared values of community, service and humility.
