Ben Franklin Bridge 5th Street Vehicular Tunnel In Phila. to Close on Wednesday, 12/5

On Wednesday, December 5, the 5th Street Vehicular Tunnel between Callowhill and Race Streets in Philadelphia will be closed from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for storm drain repair work.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to travel north on 5th Street.
