Ben Franklin Bridge 5th Street Vehicular Tunnel In Phila. to Close on Thursday, 10/19

On Thursday, October 19, the 5th Street Tunnel between Callowhill and Race Streets in Philadelphia will be closed to vehicles and bicycles from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to travel north on 5th Street.
