New DRPA Truck Permit Application

The DRPA will be implementing a new permitting system the “go live date” will be September 5, 2017.  The link on the DRPA website will take you into the DRPA automated permitting system or DAPS. 

The information entered will be similar; some items may be in a different order so please be aware when inputting your spacings and weights. 

Once your application is submitted, the new system will automatically approve or deny and then notify DRPA Police and Toll.  You will receive a confirmation email.  It is recommended that the driver has the confirmation email in hand. 

DRPA permit is only required if the load is OVER 80,000lbs.  All oversize loads require a DRPA Police escort.
