Ben Franklin Bridge 5th Street Vehicular Tunnel In Phila. to Close on Weds., 12/21

On Wednesday, Dec. 21, the  5th Street Tunnel between Callowhill and Race Streets in Philadelphia will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. for scheduled repairs, cleaning and preventive maintenance.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to travel north on 5th Street.
