Ben Franklin Bridge 5th Street Vehicular Tunnel In Phila. to Close on Monday, 8/15

On Monday, August 15, the 5th Street Vehicular Tunnel in Philadelphia will be closed from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. for scheduled repairs and preventive maintenance.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to travel north on 5th Street.
