TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Ben Franklin Bridge 5th Street Exit Ramp Closed

The water department has completed repairs and the 5th St. ramp as reopened.
9:00 a.m.
The 5th St. exit ramp in Philadelphia is closed due to Philadelphia Water Department emergency repair work on 5th St.
At this time the duration of the work and closure is unknown. Please check back for updates.
