Empty trailer ban and speed restrictions lifted on all bridges.

UPDATE 2:30 p.m.: Empty trailer bad has been lifted. Speeds increased to 45 m.p.h.

Because of high winds, an EMPTY trailer ban is in effect on the Ben Franklin, Walt Whitman, Commodore Barry and Betsy Ross Bridges until further notice.

• No empty tailers.
• Speed restrictions in place.
