Walt Whitman Bridge Advisory - Toll Plaza Construction

Keep right while approaching toll plaza

The Delaware River Port Authority is advising drivers who use the Walt Whitman Bridge that toll plaza construction will begin on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. The construction will result in the around-the-clock closure of the four leftmost toll lanes and could affect morning and evening rush hour traffic. Temporary concrete barriers will be installed to channel traffic approaching the toll plaza. There will be no bridge lanes outages on the bridge during construction.
