Ben Franklin Bridge 5th Street Vehicular Tunnel In Phila. Closed on Weds., 12/10 & Thurs., 12/11

On Wednesday, Dec. 10 and Thursday, Dec. 11, the 5th Street Vehicular Tunnel in Philadelphia will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for scheduled repairs and preventive maintenance.
