Ben Franklin Bridge 5th Street Vehicular Tunnel In Phila. Closed on Weds., 11/12

On Wednesday, Nov. 12, the 5th Street Vehicular Tunnel in Philadelphia will be closed for one day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. for scheduled repairs and preventive maintenance.
