On Friday, Oct. 18, only one eastbound lane (into New Jersey) will be open to traffic between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. Saturday (Oct. 19) morning.  The lane restrictions are necessary to accommodate construction.  Motorists are advised to use the Ben Franklin Bridge, the Commodore Barry Bridge or PATCO after 11 p.m.
