Ben Franklin Bridge 5th Street Vehicular Tunnel In Philadelphia Closed on March 13 From 7 am To 3:30 pm

On Wednesday, March 13, 2013  the  5th Street Vehicular Tunnel will be closed for one (1) day from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in support of the Ben Franklin Bridge scheduled preventive maintenance and graffiti removal.
