Ben Franklin Bridge to Close Sunday, November 7 from 7:45am-9:30am For Run The Bridge Race

The Ben Franklin Bridge will be closed to all vehicular traffic on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 4, FROM 7:45AM UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 9:30AM for the annual "Run the Bridge" race.

Customers may wish to seek an alternate route such as the Walt Whitman, the Betsy Ross Bridge or PATCO for that time period.  For updated PATCO schedule information, please visit www.ridepatco.org.

Proceeds from the race go directly to Larc School, a private non-profit organization in Bellmawr NJ which provides educational, therapeutic and recreational services to more than 110 individuals with severe disabilities from pre-school to adult students. More than 4,000 participants are expected to take part this year.

The Delaware River Port Authority is a regional transportation agency that connects millions of people and businesses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  The DRPA owns and operates the PATCO commuter rail line and the Benjamin Franklin, Walt Whitman, Commodore Barry and Betsy Ross toll bridges.  The DRPA also owns the RiverLink Ferry.
