All Bridges Open to All Traffic

As of 6 a.m., all Delaware River Port Authority toll crossings (Commodore Barry, Walt Whitman, Ben Franklin, and Betsy Ross bridges) are open to all traffic.  The ban on motorcycles, trucks and other vehicles prone to instability in high winds is lifted.
