Ben Franklin Bridge Fifth Street Vehicular Tunnel to Close for the Day on Thursday October, 4

On Thursday, Oct. 4, the Fifth Street Vehicular Tunnel in Philadelphia will be closed from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to accommodate scheduled preventive maintenance and graffiti removal at the Ben Franklin Bridge.
