Ben Franklin Bridge South Walkway Closes On May 2 And North Walkway Opens

On May 2, the Ben Franklin Bridge south walkway will be closed until further notice for maintenance.  During this time, the north walkway will be open. 

However, on Monday May 7, the south walkway will be open for one (1) day only, and the north walkway will be closed. 

The north walkway will reopen on Tuesday May 8 and the south walkway will be closed until further notice.

Walkway hours are currently 6 am to 9 pm for the Spring/Summer seasons.  On Oct 1, the hours will revert to 6 am to 8 pm for the Fall/Winter seasons.  Walkway openings are weather permitting.
