Traffic Advisory - Ben Franklin Bridge 5th Street Vehicular Tunnel Closure on February 23

On Thursday, February 23, 2012 the 5th Street Vehicular Tunnel will be closed for one day from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in support of the Ben Franklin Bridge storm basin drainage repairs and graffiti removal.
