Ben Franklin Bridge 5th Street Pedestrian Tunnel In Camden To Reopen

Maintenance work on the fifth street pedestrian tunnel under the Ben Franklin Bridge in Camden has been completed so the tunnel is scheduled to reopen on Friday, January 20, at 4 pm.  A portion of a future access ramp will be fenced off and inaccessible on the south side.  However, all other stairways leading to and from the pedestrian tunnel will be accessible. 
   
The Delaware River Port Authority is a regional transportation agency.  DRPA owns and operates the Benjamin Franklin, Walt Whitman, Commodore Barry and Betsy Ross Bridges, and PATCO and  owns the RiverLink Ferry.
