Ben Franklin Bridge South Walkway Reopens Monday August 22 And North Walkway Closes
On Monday, August 22, the Benjamin Franklin Bridge south walkway is reopening to the public. With the reopening of the south walkway the north walkway will be closed.
Walkway hours are 6am to 9pm daily for the Spring/Summer schedule. On October 1, the Fall/Winter schedule begins and hours are 6am to 8pm. The walkway is open, weather permitting.
The Delaware River Port Authority is a regional transportation agency. DRPA owns and operates the Benjamin Franklin, Walt Whitman, Commodore Barry and Betsy Ross Bridges and PATCO. The DRPA also owns the RiverLink Ferry.
