Annual Report To The Governors And Legislatures Of New Jersey And Pennsylvania

The annual report is prepared in accordance with the Compact between the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 

The report includes a look at 2010 activities, 2010 unaudited operating expenses, 2010 unaudited capial project expensitures and contracts exceeding $100 thousand entered into during 2010.
