Benjamin Franklin Bridge Walkway Hours Extended May 1 Through October 1

Beginning Friday, May 1, through Thursday, October 1, the Benjamin Franklin Bridge north walkway will remain open for an extra hour each evening. Weather permitting the north walkway will now be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

On October 2, the walkway hours will revert back to 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
 
The south walkway is currently closed due to bridge painting activities.

The Delaware River Port Authority is a regional transportation agency.  DRPA owns and operates the Benjamin Franklin, Walt Whitman, Commodore Barry and Betsy Ross bridges, PATCO, the Philadelphia Cruise Terminal and the RiverLink Ferry.
