Benjamin Franklin Bridge Goes Red with Phillies Fever
The Benjamin Franklin Bridge is putting on its Phillies uniform this week in support of the Phillies play-off series against the Colorado Rockies. At dusk on Wednesday, October 3 and Thursday, October 4, the bridge will be illuminated in Phillies red and white. Fans who wish to avoid driving can take PATCO to Citizens Bank Park. Free parking is available at New Jersey PATCO stations. Purchase a discount roundtrip SEPTA transfer for $2.10 at all New Jersey PATCO stations and exit PATCO at the 12th/13th and Locust Street station. Follow signs in the concourse to the Broad Street Line South. On the Walt Whitman Bridge there will be three lanes heading into Philadelphia and four lanes heading into New Jersey to accommodate game traffic. GO PHILLIES![ Return to List ]
