PATCO to Launch Customer Satisfaction Survey
On Monday, September 29, 2025, PATCO will launch an online Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey is designed to better understand rider experiences, preferences, and priorities so PATCO can continue to improve its service and meet the needs of the community it serves. It will remain open through Sunday, October 27, 2025.
The survey is an important opportunity for PATCO to hear directly from current and former riders. It will cover key topics including service quality, train and station conditions, safety, and communication.
Responses will help PATCO identify opportunities for improvements and guide future decisions that enhance the rider experience systemwide.
The survey will be available in English and Spanish. PATCO strongly encourages participation, as rider feedback is essential to shaping the future of transit service in the region.
