SUBMIT A CLAIM

Individuals seeking to file a claim with the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) or Port Authority Transit Corporation (PATCO) must complete and submit the appropriate form. Claims are accepted for the following categories:

• Property Damage Claim Form – for alleged damage to vehicles or other personal property.
• Bodily Injury Claim Form – for alleged personal injury incidents.

All claim forms must be completed in full and accompanied by any supporting documentation.

Submission of a claim does not constitute an admission of liability by the Authority. Claims will be reviewed in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.
